Frequently Asked Questions

What is Tee Cell?

The Tee Cell Project is a unique collaboration between ourselves, the No Sweat ethical t-shirt company and ACSG (a non-profit digital printer). At Tee Cell we partner with charities, campaign groups, artists, musicians and individuals wishing to raise money for good causes. Unlike other print on demand companies we operate a profit share model where the sales revenue is divided equally between ourselves and our partners.

What is the quality of the garments?

We only use high quality garments. We partner with the No Sweat ethical t-shirt company but also use alternative suppliers of heavyweight organic garments when No Sweat garments are unavailable.

What printing techniques are used?

We employ a variety of printing techniques to optimise print quality using digital printing – DTG (Direct to Garment) and DTF (Direct to Film) as well as traditional screen printing and screen printed transfers.

How much is delivery?

For simplicity we are currently a flat postage and packing charge of £5 per order. We will use the best service available for the postage charged.

Where do you find your partners? Can anyone become a partner of Tee Cell?

We generally find our partners organically, either from previous contacts or through recommendations. Due to our lack of resources we have limits to the amount of partners we can help, although we will always consider applications.

What are the dimensions of the shirts?

Please refer to the size chart as a guide.

How should I wash my shirt?

Turn garments inside out to preserve the integrity of the design. Do not wash above 40°C and use laundry detergent without bleach. Do not iron the design. Wash colours separately from whites, especially on the first wash. Over time, you may experience slight fading on the graphic as your shirt naturally weathers with repeated washings.

Do you ship to outside the UK?

Until we’re confident that orders will arrive safely and without additional custom charges we are not currently sending orders abroad.
